Obviously, this recipe is high in sugar as there’s a large amount of fruit, but it’s also high fibre and full of vitamins. This recipe serves four. Per serving you’ll get 2g protein and 2.5g fibre and each serving contains 116 calories and the full recommended daily amount of vitamin C and 15% of your daily folate.
Ingredient Choices and Substitutions
The batch is quite thick, so you can add more juice if you’d prefer it a little thinner. You can also substitute some of the other ingredients for other things in the same flavour family. the frozen pineapple can be swapped for frozen mango or mixed tropical fruits, and the orange juice can also be swapped for tropical, orange and mango etc.

How to store and keep
You can keep extra servings in a jug to pour later, but do not store overnight or longer. The recipe will split.

Frozen Tropical Mocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 450 g frozen pineapple
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 kiwi
- Juice of one lime
- 2 passionfruit plus extra for serving
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender, if your blender has the option, use the frozen drink setting. If you want it a little thinner, add about half a cup more juice and blend again.

Pour your mocktail into your glass of choice and top with half a passionfruit before serving.
