I’m not even sure where this idea came from, but after I made my Nutella smoothie bowl earlier this year I was thinking of other dessert style smoothies that I could make that would still be healthy. Adding avocadoes to make my smoothies creamier is apparently my new favourite thing, and I was coming up with dessert options that are typically something and cream. I’ve already done strawberries and cream smoothie for Wimbledon last year, then I realised I could do a peaches and cream smoothie bowl recipe and found the perfect ingredients to go in it. Â
So, the avocado was a given. But then I realised Nush made a peach melba flavoured yoghurt and I was completely sold on the idea. For those of you who don’t know, Nush yoghurts are either almond or cashew milk based depending on the flavour and they’re the richest, creamiest vegan products I’ve ever tasted. Perfect for a peaches and cream recipe. Â
I think this smoothie my favourite one ever. The texture was perfect and the peaches give it a perfectly sweet but not too sweet flavour. Obviously, avocadoes aren’t naturally sweet so they keep the sweetness in check a little bit. But the smoothie is still fruit based, so it’s fairly good for you still in the grand scheme of things. Â

Ingredient SwapsÂ
Nush are really hard to find where I live so I’m sure some of you will struggle too. You can either try and find another peach flavoured yoghurt that may not be as creamy (Alpro do a peach) or you can use something like coconut yoghurt which is naturally thicker and creamier but you won’t get the same peach flour. If you have to swap out the yoghurt for a plain flavour, try and sub the vegan milk for a peach juice to keep the flavours even. Â
Nutritional Information Â
If made using the protein powder, this recipe contains 21g of protein and 10g of fibre per serving. It contains just under half of your daily vitamin A from the peaches, along with a quarter of your daily vitamin K. This recipe also provides about a fifth of your daily vitamin E. And opting for fortified non-dairy milk will provide vitamin D, Calcium and B12.Â
Peaches & Cream Smoothie RecipeÂ

A healthy peaches and cream smoothie bowl recipe with a source of protein and healthy fats to keep the meal balanced and you fuller for longer. The perfect blend of creaminess, fruitiness and sweetness to keep your sweet tooth satisfied in a healthy way. Â
This recipe is gluten free, dairy free and dairy free. The yoghurt I opted for is almond milk based, so this recipe does contain nuts if you’re following it as written. It can be soy free if you opt for a different non-dairy milk. Â

Peaches & Cream Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1½ - 2 frozen peaches
- Half an avocado
- 1 Nush Peach Melba Yoghurt
- ½ cup vanilla soy milk or other sweetened non-dairy milk
- ½ scoop vegan vanilla protein powder optional
Instructions
-
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, add your liquids first so your protein powder (if using) doesn’t get stuck to the bottom. Once smooth, pour mix into a bowl and add your desired toppings.
Serve and enjoy!

Love the layout of this post. Especially the recipe.
Mmmm the peaches and cream smoothie bowl is my type of breakfast! Pretty cool that you found different ingredients that works well together. I haven’t had soy milk for years! I might go back to it – I am starting to get tired of coconut milk. I feel like I prefer my smoothies in liquid – easy to finish through as I work!

I have recently got into having yoghurt and fruit for breakfast at the minute – I kind of stopped for a while because I was always in such a rush in the morning, but peach yoghurts have been one of my faves, so I imagine I would very much enjoy this smoothie bowl.
