If you like creamy and sweet breakfast recipe that have no business being a breakfast and should really be a dessert, look no further than this strawberry cheesecake overnight oats recipe. This overnight oats recipe doesn’t contain any milk or milk alternatives. Instead, the oats are in a creamy fromage frais and almond milk cream cheese mix to make every bite taste like dessert.
This pot is layered with strawberry fromage frais on the bottom, then with a layer of Urban Fruit gummy baked strawberries to add a little texture, followed by the creamy oat layer and topped with an optional layer of white chocolate. The white chocolate layer might be what finishes this pot off and crosses the line making it a dessert for some. But I have to say, it’s a great addition if you have a sweeter tooth.

I know that textures can vary a lot in dairy alternatives, so I just want to mention that I used the Alpro for kids fromage frais pots, and the Nush almond milk cream cheese to make this dish.

Then, if you’re using the white chocolate, melt your white chocolate in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds, then pour your melted chocolate over the creamy oat layer to top the pot off. Now this is a breakfast to get excited by! I love strawberry cheesecake (who doesn’t?!). Since I don’t have a lot of time in the morning, preparing something like this the night before would give me the spring in my step the next morning knowing I have this to look forward too. Thanks for sharing Sophie xx
