Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 clove minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Combine the walnut oil, lemon juice and balsamic in a jam jar or other container with a good-sealing lid. Add a pinch of salt (optional) and a few grinds of black pepper and the minced garlic clove. Screw on the lid and shake vigorously.

Serve and enjoy!

  1. Store any leftovers in the fridge, shake again before use. If you wish to make a larger or smaller batch, simply stick to a rough three parts oil to one part balsamic ratio.
