Ingredients

  • ½ cup GF oats
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 squares chocolate
  • 2 tbsp powdered nut butter
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • Chocolate chips to serve

Instructions

  1. Add the oats, cocoa powder and half of the powdered peanut butter to a saucepan and stir to evenly coat the oats. Turn on the heat to a low to medium, and add the non-dairy milk. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly and do not allow to boil. Once the oats are nearly cooked and starting to thicken, stir in the peanut butter and chocolate.
  2. Wait until the chocolate has melted and the oats are ready, then pour the mix into a bowl. Mix up the remaining half of the powdered peanut butter and pour over the top, swirling it in a little bit. Top with more chocolate chips before serving.

Serve and enjoy!
