Ingredients

  • 100 g vegan Greek Style Yoghurt I used Alpro
  • ½ cup sweetened dairy alternative milk I used vanilla soy
  • 80 g fresh spinach
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein
  • 60 g frozen mango
  • 20 g frozen pineapple

Suggested Toppings

  • Granola*
  • Mixed nuts
  • Pumpkin seeds*
  • Chia seeds*
  • Flaxseed

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Avoid putting powders and frozen ingredients in first if you have a blender that needs to be turned upside down to blend (they’re more likely to stick than fresh ingredients/ liquids). Start with a third of a cup of vegan milk then continue to add as appropriate until you reach the desired texture.
  2. Add toppings of your choice. *The ones marked with the asterisk above are the ones I've featured here.

Serve and enjoy!
